Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of this pre-launch page, the priority access list and the pre-order coupons.
1. The service
- This page is a pre-launch interest list for the MAEKIRR automatic knife sharpener, operated by MAEKIRR ("we", "us"). By using the page and submitting the forms, you agree to these terms.
2. Priority access list
- Joining the list is free and creates no obligation to buy. Subscribers receive an email notification before the public launch, while stock lasts.
- Joining the list does not guarantee a unit. Allocation of the first production run is at our discretion.
3. Pre-order coupons
- After completing the pre-order form you receive a one-time 30% coupon code by email.
- Coupons are personal, non-transferable, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.
- One coupon per email address. We may cancel coupons we reasonably believe were obtained by abuse, automation or duplicate accounts.
- Coupon validity, exact discount terms and the pre-order process will be stated on the checkout page at launch. We may end or change the coupon programme at any time; already-issued coupons will be honoured on their stated terms.
4. No payment today
- This page takes no payment. Any future pre-order or purchase will happen on a separate checkout with its own purchase terms, which you will review before paying.
5. Product information
- Specifications, dates and features shown on this page describe a product in development and may change before launch. We will notify subscribers of material changes.
6. Acceptable use
- You agree not to misuse the page: no automated submissions, no attempts to access the admin area or subscriber data, no interference with the site's operation.
7. Intellectual property
- All content on this page — text, images, the MAEKIRR name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission.
8. Liability
- The page is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this page. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
